What happens during the free trial?

You can explore the full platform for seven days before the base subscription begins.

Can I use it entirely from my phone?

Yes. The web app is fully responsive, and dedicated Android and iOS apps complement the desktop experience.

Where are the mobile apps?

Google Play and Apple App Store releases are coming soon. The mobile web app works today.

How long do published galleries stay available?

A published gallery stays available for 90 calendar days from its original publication date. Reminders are sent before expiration. Unless it is preserved, gallery access closes and gallery-specific files are permanently deleted after expiration.

Can a gallery be kept longer?

Yes. An eligible gallery can be preserved for one additional year from $9.99 or five additional years from $19.99. A photographer-added fee and applicable tax may increase the client checkout total.
